A Timepiece Fit for the Seiko 5 Sports line: Seiko's One Piece Limited Edition Watch
As a collaboration between Seiko and one of the most beloved manga and anime series of all time, the One Piece Limited Edition watch is a treasure trove for both watch enthusiasts and fans of the iconic pirate adventure. Drawing inspiration from the world of One Piece created by Eiichiro Oda, this timepiece is more than just a watch; it's a collector's item that pays homage to the spirit of adventure, camaraderie, and boundless imagination that defines the series.
Craftsmanship:
With only 5,000 pieces available, and crafted with Seiko's renowned attention to detail and precision, the One Piece Limited Edition watch exudes quality craftsmanship. The stainless steel case, adorned with intricate designs inspired by the Straw Hat Pirates and their adventures, captures the essence of the series beautifully. The attention to detail extends to the dial, where the comic's characters, Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Law, and Sabo, inspire the limited editions that capture the comic's central concept, "Inherited strength of will," and the Street Style design.

Functionality:
Beyond its striking appearance, the Seiko One Piece Limited Edition watch is a reliable companion for everyday wear. Powered by Seiko's tried-and-tested automatic movement, it ensures accurate timekeeping while offering a practical date display function. With water resistance suitable for daily wear and a durable construction, this timepiece seamlessly merges style with functionality. More precisely, all models of this series are equipped with an automatic Seiko caliber 4R36 movement, which can be spotted behind the caseback. Even if it is not the top of the range, the Seiko 4R36, released in 2011 is seen as an upgrade from the brand's older automatic movements. It offers additional features, such as hacking and hand-winding. This movement offers 21600 vibrations per hour, 24 jewels, and a 40-hour power reserve, making it a solid choice for calibers in mid-priced Seikos (Seiko 5, Seiko prospex turtle, Seiko Orange monster).
Design:
The design of the One Piece Limited Edition watch is where it truly shines. From the intricate engravings on the case to the carefully crafted dial, every aspect of the watch reflects the adventurous spirit of One Piece. The choice of colors, including the vibrant red accents reminiscent of the series' iconic Straw Hat, adds a playful yet sophisticated touch to the overall design.
Characters:
Law (currently not available on Amazon USA). "I am fulfilling someone's long-held long desire!".

Its reference is Seiko SRPH63, and it is inspired by Law, one of the characters referred to as the "Worst Generation." He has the ability to manipulate the configuration of anything thanks to the "Op-Op Fruit".
The dial is reminiscent of the pattern found on Law's hat. Next to the index at the 6 o'clock position, a mark is designed hinting at the "D" (Secret-D). The crown is marked with the pattern on the scabbard of Law's favorite sword. The case back features the mark of Corazon, Law's words, "I'm fulfilling someone's long-held desire!!", and a serial number from 0001/5000 to 5000/5000. It sports a 42.5mm silver-tone stainless steel case and a black silicone strap. Both the silicone bracelet and the watch’s dial show off a pattern of patchy dots, which is inspired by Law’s signature black and white hat.
2. Sanji (Link Amazon USA here). "I'm going to find the all blu."

Its reference is Seiko SRPH69, and it is inspired by Sanji, who has a dream of finding the "All Blue". The dial design incorporates footprints evoking Sanji, whose motto is "A cook's hands are his life," and his powerful kicks. He is the third son of the Vinsmoke family, and he has a Raid Suit with only the number 3 blacked out. The crown is marked with a motif of Sanji's eyebrow. The dial also follows a classic Seiko 5 Sports layout, consisting of geometric hour indices, luminous arrow hands, and a day-date complication at 3 o’clock. On the rim of the dial, you can also find a vibrant yellow chapter ring. Inspired by Sanji’s bright yellow hair, this chapter ring adds a burst of energy to this otherwise dark-toned watch. Currently, you can find it on Amazon USA at an avarage price of $360 USD.
3. Luffy (Link Amazon USA here). "I'm gonna be...king of the pirates!"

Its reference is Seiko SRPH65, and it is inspired by the main character Luffy, who is dreaming of being the king of pirates. The dial is designed with a pattern that resembles the steam that appears when Luffy unleashes gear. The scales on the bezel, which gradually increase in size in a clockwise direction, express Luffy's strength as he moves up the gears. Next to the index at the 12 o'clock position, a mark is designed to suggest the "D" (Secret-D). The crown is marked with the motif of the scar under Luffy's left eye. On the case back features the mark straw hat left to Luffy by the red-haired Shanks, Luffy‘s words "I'm gonna be… king of the pirates!" and a serial number from 0001/5000 to 5000/5000.
4. Zoro (currently not available on Amazon USA). "I'm going to be the world's greatest swordsman!"

Its reference is Seiko SRPH67, and it is inspired by Zoro, the user of the three swords whom Luffy trusts immensely. The dial is decorated in the image of a sword slashing with Arms Haki. The black case represents Haki in the sword, and the three V-shaped scales on the bezel are designed in the image of Zoro's three swords. The crown is marked with the motif of the sword's eye piercing, in reference to Zoro's mastery of the three swords. On the case back features graphics inspired by the Wado Ichimonji sword that Zoro inherited from his close friend, Kuina, Zoro's vow, "I'm going to be the world's greatest swordsman!" and a serial number from 0001/5000 to 5000/5000.

Its reference is Seiko SRPH71, and it is inspired by Sabo, the sworn brother of Luffy and Ace, who, at a young age, serves as the Revolutionary Army's chief of staff. The dial is decorated with a flare pattern that resembles the flames that arise when Sabo unleashes his "Flame fist," his signature move inherited from Ace. The bezel's 2 o'clock position is specially marked to signify Sabo as the No. 2 of the Revolutionary Army. On the crown is a mark that represents the "Flame-Flame Fruit" that Sabo inherited from Ace. On the case back is printed the graphic of the hat Ace always wore, Sabo‘s words, "It's up to us…to continue living out his will !!!", and a serial number from 0001/5000 to 5000/5000.
